Now wouldn't you think after 4yrs and our rental payments being always well in advance they would be thinking hmmmm something doesn't seem right with this. They guy who signed the letter is the same guy who signed and faxed the rental bond letter for the refund back on the day of settlement.
I hope they don't get in contact with the previous owner to advise him of their intentions.

The previous owner told us he had let them know on settlement.

The termination notice requires a court date to acquire said notice
Daughter got one of those - she inadvertently became $2 behind in the rent.
So for $2 they took it to court to get the order and billed the owner $70 for the
pleasure. He reamed them a new one and changed agents.

your credit rating. ppl get bad credit
for the most ridiculous things.

We didn't borrow to buy here likewise we won't be selling or needing to worry about a credit rating.

Katy, I have one of those turbo cooker's I think i've used it maybe 4 times. They are good and much quicker then the oven. You love your food Katy, it's nice to hear someone who appreciates and cooks good food.
