For that poor little innocent baby tossed away like a sack of garbage down the storm water drain. I can't get my head around how any Mother could do such a thing. Never having gone through PND I can't fogive her actions as a Mother wouldn't you call out for help before it came to this?

I wonder how long she has lived in Australia for, why she came here, did she work etc.

I doubt the hospital let her go.. she would have just up and walked off.. baby still in hospital blanket.

She didn't  steal another persons baby so I doubt there was much they could do about it.

siggie - if she was in denial, worried about what would happen she probably didn't have any plans for when the baby was born

Keli Lane didn't want her first baby.. she never made any plans. The baby was never seen again 24 hours or so after she left hospital with it.

Are your familiar with the Keli Lane story?.. sports star, a former Australian water polo player,  physical education teacher.

I use her as an example as she didn't communicate her situation (pregnancies) with anyone.. not her parents, sibling, boyfriend Father of her child)..... She wasn't mentally impaired either.

She is in jail now, found guilty of murdering her newborn baby (14 years before she was convicted), if you aren't familiar with her story..

First baby secretly adopted out, second baby no trace of her after being taken away from the hospital, third baby secretly adopted out, fourth she kept.

Termination in her last year at high school also.

First three secret, because she didn't want to tell her parents.

At 30, wouldn't it be known already if she was intellectually disabled.... to the family at least?

I don't think she is intellectually disabled. Depression, panic attacks etc different.

As I said....I need to hear her story. At thirty I had a backbone...... but that's me.....

I would like to understand why she made the decisions she did. At this stage.... everyone is just guessing.

I don't think she needs to tell her story to the public.. in court if required, of course.

I posted about Keli Lane as she was an adult and was afraid to tell her parents about  her pregnancies.. which shows that does happen.

Keli also took a newborn baby away from the hospital and it was never seen again. Which is similar to what this mother did, if the cyclists hadn't heard the baby crying. Took 14 years for the law to catch up with her.

She probably doesn't need to or want to..... she has already admitted to what she has done.

I am saying that I personally would like to hear her story.  One persons story will be different from someone elses.

As I said, I have never met a person who at 30, was unable to communicate/disclose something like a pregnancy.

The public would like answers, but most likely never get any.  Certainly, nothing she could say will ever justify attempting to murder

a precious baby.
