Not happy. For the past few months my recycle bin is moved from the side of the road and placed on the nature strip, no problems as it is moved after being emptied during the day and I come home from work and find it not in the same place.. Today got home and the bin has been moved but it is still full. There is a school across the road and I think due to Easter parade, etc there were many cars visiting in the morning and the bin was moved so they could park. I don't know who moved it as I'm at work through the day. Do you think I should speak to the school or leave a sign on the bin "Please do not move". Sure I'm not the only person to experience this.

Here you go Joz.
http://www.gosnells.wa.gov.au/Your_property/Rubbish_and_recycling/Rubbish_collections
The grey 240 litre rubbish bin is for your general domestic waste only. This includes food waste, packaging, non recyclables, nappies, plastic bags, garbage bags, textiles, garden waste and broken household items that cannot be reused or fixed.

I don't live in your state, but I'd say the same would apply everywhere.
anyway, I've got better things to do than prove you shouldn't put bricks in wheelie bins, ๐
so see you later

It's not as bad as my ex. He once put a semi solidified bag of concrete in the recycling bin! Boy, did I go off.

Recycle collection is tomorrow. I'm thinking of attaching a little sign to the handle part of bin.
How is this for the sign:
Please DO NOT move this bin.
Last recycle collection full bin was moved by someone in the morning and not emptied
as the truck couldn't get access .
Thank you.

good idea.. but I would guess that the type of person moving a full bin and parking in front of it would not care either way...
I would also put on "hidden camera to catch out culprits that move my bin"
