OP SHOPS! Who else shops there, and why do you love them?

I have been buying things from op shops since I was a teenager. I love browsing through the weird and wonderful things you might find.

Some are better than others, sometimes it's nothing but junk and then other times you can walk out with bags of amazing things!

Who else here is addicted to op shopping, and which ones do you think are the best to buy from?

Well I think I would be very upset if I donated a pile of goods and found out afterwards that they had been cherry picked before being put in the shop.

If I'm looking for a particular item,  I might ask the sweet little old ladies

at the church ones, if they have something at home I might like.

Am I naughty?  They do seem pleased to be able to help their church.

Yeah, cherry picking to me is opportunistic and a bit like ripping the store/charity off.

But....I hate the smell in them  so not a fan anyway.

Thanks. we go there sometimes to visit the auty, uncle and cousins.  There are some good ones along the west Tamar too.
