Our tree this year is a silver 'half tree' on the wall with battery operated candles. The problem is Wesley who hasn't had a Christmas in his life yet ... we had visions of him demolishing the big tree in seconds, he's very motivated, inventive, determined, articulate and most importantly, active!
So we didn't dare invite that disaster this year ...

This is the first time I have had a Christmas tree for many years. (It's more for the neighbours and their children than for me, that's why it's outside)
and here it is again at night when the lights are on. It looks odd because the camera moved as the shutter is slower in low light. but it's a pleasing effect all the same. ๐
