He was also fined $400.

He won't pay, and it's only more court costs to try to make him.

36 month ban is a joke.  Should have been a life ban IMO

i kinda like what they do with this kind of crime in the USA, you get made to do community service (and i do mean MADE to do it)

your dressed in orange overalls, taken out in a bus with a lot of other similar felons, and there you are. cleaning up carp along roads and footpaths.

no privacy, anyone can see you.

none of our aussie punishment, oh your didnt pay, ok....hmmm, well come back to court we will tell you to pay again. and again, and again.
