Did Muslims drink milk before certification came along?

Milk (white) has never been halal certified and isn't now. There is no need to certify it.. it doesn't contain any ingredients from dead animals.

I must have posted that about 50 times this week.Smiley Happy

(whereas yoghurt does.. gelatine).

Re: Proof of halal scam

So the Govt has monitored the Halal certificaton process for over 30 years... and  (AUSTRAC) hasn't traced any of the halal certification fees as being used to fund terrorist organisations overseas yet.

Halal Australia is proud to be an Australian business and in accordance with the Australian Government’s values statement has always undertaken to respect the values of Australian society and obey its laws. Halal certification profits DO NOT go towards supporting any terrorist activities or violent politically motivated religious organisations. Nor do we have anything to do with any organisation or group anywhere in the world that incites violence and are not aligned with our values of freedom, egalitarianism, equality of opportunity, and mutual respect and tolerance.

I dont recall saying that, I've also never mentioned anything about funding terrorism. I dont know if it funds terrorism any more than you do.

Re: Proof of halal scam

If the Halal certification label is so important and helps Muslims make informed decisions about the food they buy, cause its so important they dont buy food that non halal....then why do so many companies that pay for the certification not display the Halal certification label on their products.

How are the poor muslims supposed to know if they can eat it or not if it doesnt have the label?

Is it because the companies are trying to mislead non muslim Australians? Trying to keep their certification hidden from non muslim australians?

Thats what i believe
