There is an ongoing investigation into the matter. The police have widened their investigation & are now interviewing others outside the initial investigation.
When they acquire enough evidence they will then start to call people in for questioning.
This core of the case is the thieving of union members funds. She set up the slush fund that facillitated this theft & hundreds of thousands of dollars was scammed to her ex union lover, she "resigned" from the law firm after the partners lost trust in her, an exit interview was conducted to protect the firm, this evidence has now been "lost".
The thing is, the serious thing is, the PM of this country is under a cloud, an investigation is being run at this time, the media, who had been cowed into not really reporting on this & the sick making reply of Peter Van Onselen saying" I believe you didn't do it", are waking up & looking at this mess again because they know Gillard will no longer be PM after the election.
