1961 bottle. My children would wind fishing line around the waistline on the bottle, tie a hook on the end, attach a worm and throw it into the water. Then place the top of the bottle upside down on a big stick in the ground, sit back and wait for the bottle to start spinning when a fish caught the bait.
LOL, memories!

Hey - the silly bugger paid $3 for it - told him he could have gone to Coles (just up the road) and bought one I would actually let him drink!
This one I think was bottled about 1976 - the date is on the cap I think, but really hard to read....need to get's me a magnifing glass LOL
now if it was a bottle of bourbon I would be willing to knock him down for it...but never was much into coke

Joz yours should have a cast mark on the side ie 10/65 = October 1965 (near the middle pinch from memory). The
change from crown to screw top also helps to approximately age the bottle.
