Kevin Rudd does not have a very good relationship with Swan, the Dep PM....
I believe at least 6 ministers said they would not serve under Rudd.
Wayne Swan, Stephen Conroy and Emerson have quit their Leadership roles.
Kate Ellis, Peter Garrett, Bill Ludwig said they would not serve under Rudd.
There will be no experience left.
