I note that the heading of this article has spelt it Vaxxine …. So, I’m going with Fake news. 😃

Also, if it’s settled out of court, then how can it set a precedence?

Oh oh.........................................

Analysis / Bias

In review, the Australian National Review promotes pseudoscience such as anti-vaccination and anti-gmo propaganda. In addition to these, they also publish conspiracy theories such as those involving ChemTrails. In many cases, they source to other conspiracy and pseudoscience websites, such as the Food Babe and Natural News. In general, this is a strongly rated conspiracy and pseudoscience website that is low for factual information.

The Australian National Review has also promoted misinformation and conspiracy theories regarding covid-19 as demonstrated below in our failed fact checks.

Re: Setting a Precedent ?????

I was implying why not make influenza vax just as mandatory as Covid-19 vax given the regular yearly death toll ( although the 4000+ was a particularly bad year in sunny Australia ) or mitigate against influenza incursions in like manner as covid-19 - screening international visitors , quick flu-antigen tests in the workplace and studyplace etc ( work off and no doubt sub-clinical  student stress from flu is quite significant )

Re: Setting a Precedent ?????

I would look into the facts in detail regarding the " father in law" case because as noted the timeline is not typical for a fatal covid-19 case - as is quick to infect to distressing observable symptoms (like 4 days ) but usually slow to kill  (like 2-3 weeks )

Is a virus not a bacteria or chemical

A wonderful affirmation of my contention

Why would I attest to that?
The annual flu shot is a preventative. Not a cure!
Same as the covid-19 vaccine.

I really don’t understand the purpose of your post tbh!

Medical expert now, are you?

I know first hand how ‘efficient’ of a killer this virus can be!  😞
