In summer they wear shorts and a singlet underneath it. But to be in keeping with the tenets of Islam, yep throw a burqa over it. No one will know what lies beneath.

In other words, it's a garment of concealment. Required to be worn by women of the Muslim faith.

That's not news to anyone. The last sentence (in red) isn't accurate though. Do all Muslim women wear burqa/niqabs?

we're not concerned with those that don't Am.

Would you be happy to ban people who wear hoodies or baseball caps ( pulled down low )?

Your statement is incorrect . required to be worn by women of the Muslim Faith.

It's not required to be worn by women of the Muslim faith, otherwise they would all be wearing it.

Oh lookee. Another zero Id. Are you really me?

Sure, I'd be happy. I'm happy for ppl to wear what they fancy themselves in. Burqa, hoodies, baseball caps, motorcycle helmets. Spandex pants, safarie suits, flares.

As long as they're not trying to hide something underneath that might be detrimental to public safety.

Some areas and/or shopping malls in the UK, US & NZ  ban youth from wearing hoodies in public.

The problem for shops is troublemakers use their hoods to hide their faces from security cameras, so when you go and look back at the vision you can't see who's responsible.

A shopping centre in London banned them in 2005 and says it had a 50 percent drop in crime and a 20 increase in customers!

Are women wearing the burqa or niqab in Australia troublemakers & up to no good when they go out in public?

no it's not self-explanatory. What would you have me google. Red Necks? I know what red necks means.

why a burqa attracts rednecks? I don't know why it would. Do you?

Off course I do. I would think anyone that knows what a "redneck" is wouldn't need to ask that question.

If you know what redneck means why did you reply with 'muslim men'?

If they are trying to make a political statement, one which is in opposition to the ideals of a democracy and the equal enfranchisement of women, then yes they are.

There are certain badges of now-passed regimes which might cause equal provocation if displayed in a public place.
