If the Liberal party is returned with a minority and they continue their alliance with the Nationals it's a good thing, but if Labor returns with a minority and forms an alliance with like minded parties that's a bad thing?

The only difference between the Libs and the Nats is the size of their hats.  They have a long and succesfull record of stable coalition government.

Labour & the Greens have very large differences on many major policy issues. One example, Asylum seekers.  If we are to believe Little Billy ( and I doubt that many people are gullible enough to believe anything a pollie says. ), Labour  will continue with the Liberals Asylum seeker policies. The greens have an open door, give them a big hug and let them all in policy. ( without proper screening to sort the genuine refuges from the economic migrants. )  

Another example, Labour NOW supports many of the zombie savings measures that the Libs have tried to pass in parliament over the last 12 months. The greens still oppose them. ( of course we all know Labour only supports them so they can go on a bigger traditional Labour spendathon....... YAY free money for everyone !!!!  )

 Such differences on major policy issues is a recipe for unworkable government and a quick trip back to the polls. This isnt in anyones interest.

More people vote Labor than for anything else. Liberals cannot return to Government alone. They are the coalition because they cannot stand strong enough on their own.

OK Confession time.

Not so much a closet Liberal as some-one who is scared witless at the thought of little Billy becoming Australia's next Prime Minister.

There are very serious questions about his treatment of woman while at University. Had these issues been settled in his favour I would be the first to say, well lets move on, but unfortunately the issues have never been disproved. Little Billy has never followed the obvious legal procedures to have the claims disproved and clear his name. Why is that ???

The recent Royal Commission into trade unions has indicated that Little Billy accepted a large payment to his union in exchange for watering down the wages and conditions of workers at the Chiquita mushroom company. These low paid workers put their trust in their union led by Little Billy to protect their wages and working conditions and he sold them out.

Sorry, but I find his treatment of Chiquita workers to be the lowest form of betrayal. This betrayal was against some of the poorest paid and most vulnerable people in society. If he is willing to sell these " little people " out while he is meant to be fighting for their rights, how could we trust him to be our next prime minister ?

Despite their illusions of granduer and lust for power, most Prime minister aspirants of every persuasion, generally have some sense of civic responsability and desire to improve society based on their political views. With his past history and record, this guy is different. He is down right scary.
