I think debt collectors can only contact you three times a week

Any more than that is not allowed.

Its a mixture of both.  Young friends ex will ring him up between 6 and 20 times a day.

Sometimes asking for his help with  the daughter, or needing money, asking to move back in with her or just to abuse him.

Re: Stalking

Get a silent number, then no one can stalk you........make sure it is a number that hasnt been used before.

Re: Stalking

He might be better off getting some relationship counselling (ideally together with his former partner) to sort out the real issues. Obviously there is unfinished business pertaining to the relationship and it needs to be dealt with before it's the child who pays the real price.
