the entire state is without power! i'm on my laptop with my battery powered modem.

me thinks our govt is going to be in deep carp over this, storm isnt that bad from what i'm experiencing.

we have the most expensive power in the country and we get a storm and we have no power!

The power has just come back on for me here in Adelaide. I only had to wait for a bit . . . 6 1/2 hours or so. Lots of electricity pylons got knocked over apparently.

wow, really windy day, last time i looked at my wind speed device it was 65kph. thats the highest speed ive ever seen here.

as the wind is comming from the west we are getting a super high tide, also highest ive ever seen.
