To all of those in QLD facing floods again good luck. 

140mm in my back yard last night. Roads flooded already and no let up on the near horizon. 

Take care, have your emergency plans ready to enact. 

They are opening up the dam gates down Brisbane way in preparation....

2:15pm:

There are reports that the evacuation centre in Bundaberg is being evacuated.

Around 2,000 properties have been affected by flood as floodwaters pass 9 metres.

Local resident Col Reynolds says he has been through several local floods and says he has not seen anything like it.

I hope that report isn't correct .

Az, glad that you and your family are OK.I've only just managed to contact my son .He is OK and says things seem to be setlling.

I have friends flooded in in Chinchilla .My Maggie Is friends are OK.

My hearts goes out to those who have lost loved ones .

The channel 9 coverage has been very good and up to date. Shocking.

Lurker friend tell me there are waves inside, this is a nice restaurant but the sea is gradually taking it over, a bit more each time this happens.

There was a high tide on the Gold coast to day, higher then usual, so making the flooding worse, also the stupid high rises making wind tunnels

Most of it is foam.

All home safely here. OH lost the roof hatch off the motorhome, so he has a tarp over it now :8} guess my week will be spent finding a replacement while he dries out the interior.

Bundy is in real trouble.  So many people having to be evacuated from north bundy and other areas east and south.

I'm so grateful to be safe where I am, and to have the internet to get the latest info as the wind snapped the tv aerial the other night in the horrible winds.  I'm hoping to be able to drive to moore park beach tomorrow to get some long life milk and maybe bread if there is any.

It's going to be awhile before I can get into town but like I said....at least I still have a home and I'm safe.  Just wish OH could have got home.

Hope people further south are okay.
