Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.

Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.

So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.

Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.

And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.

Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Taking mum to a new small Thai place.

Apparently they have Vegan n Gluten free, might give the GF a go.

Bought some Woolies GF bread the other day and it's quite nice.

Seems to be helping with my bloating.

GF bread is a very heavy loaf, Kopes, but if it helps.......

Out for the Club 100 pointer, tonight.

Had steak etc, wife ordered fish etc.

That's right, fish, and on a Monday, yet I wasn't allowed to have a Roast on a Easter Friday.

I broke even on the pokies and wife doubled her money.

Hey Trav ... nothing like diversity of mind when your lovely wife makes those on the spot decisions ... makes for delightful culinary surprises and diet ... 

We've been getting through the tourtiere each day;  it's so nice with green vegies or salad and home made relish.

A little colder here this morning, am so looking forward to winter.

At  home, a basic meat & 3 veg & enjoyed it.

At the crack of dawn this morning, there we were making bread, sorbet and yoghurt .... 

It's going to be a very long day, but at least, winter seems to have arrived;  it looks like the Alaskan twilight outside ... yaaaaaay!

                          

And so, of course, this means making a pizza for dinner tonight also!
