The All New Tas - What's for Dinner Thread - & - Don't Get Uppity.

Tas mentioned there was a good thread on - What's for Dinner.

Seems it ended up - a bit ' snooty '.

So - no fancy - dancy - stuff - just good fresh ideas for dins.

Oh - & Freddie - just loved the zucchini slice - if you could just put it here one more time - I swear not to lose it again.

And please - this time add the - zucchinis. lol.

Here - tonight - Chicken Schnit's with salad.

Love brocolli😋

Tried a new recipe tonight - Chilli green beans and pork with steamed rice.  Was really nice and very easy so we will be having it again😋😋

Broccoli can be put in the mouth and swallowed here, but only if well disguised beneath a massive layer of cheese sauce, or ploughed under into mashed potato with a mountain of seasonings ....  Smiley Tongue

Then again, tall elephant grass could be tastier!

Mrs Trav asked me if I would like for her to go to the shop and get something she can cook me for dinner.(so sweet)

(she is having a rice dish, and I am not keen on it)

I looked in the cupboards and saw something I haven't had for long time, and will have that.

My dinner, a can of Big Red Tomato soup.  Chef animated emoticon (wife hates the stuff)

I like it with about 3 or 4 slices of buttered bread.

It's on the cooktop now, so I should go and get the bread buttered up. Smiley Very Happy

You wont believe this, I like the soup with milk in it.

Wife pours the milk in and it curdled, the milk is off. Smiley Mad

I just drove to the shops (they are close by) to buy another can of big red and some fresh milk.

Also bought myself a big bag of Licorice Allsorts to have later this evening.

Wife has the soup on now, again. Smiley LOL

Ummm, Trav, that's why they put a use by date on things.

Milk doesn't last that long in this house.

Grocery day.  Too tired to cook.  Looks like Vietnamese tonight.
