OK I know it's lousy but such a fun show to watch and I miss MasterChef.

Anyone else watching the show, you've got to read this hilarious article about the latest episode 😄

Well, in a move that everyone could see coming a mile away, Nina has gone.

Dead obvious, wasn't it.

He quite pointedly didn't smooch up to her in last night's episode, realistically she hasn't been in the running for a few weeks, and she would have gone whether intruders arrived or not.

Heather's star seems to be on the wane too.

Looks like Lana will make the final two. I think he is a bit worried by a lot of things with Snej & so he should be. I am not sure the father would give the okay for his daughter to move interstate & I think we can all see Bachie has no intentions of moving, has he.

His question to all of them is would they move to Melbourne.

Understandable really, of course. Smiley Very Happy (I'm a  Melburnian too-way to go!)

ave been unwell with the dreaded Brisbane Virus for the last 2 weeks and have had an in law staying over from Tasmania, she watches the show regularly and enjoys it, with her daughters........... I was a bit taken aback by the need to watch it....... but I graciously did.........

I needed 2 large glasses of wine and some cough syrup to get through it Woman LOL and she made me promise to watch it again, lol

I still think Lana is just a carefully placed fly in the ointment and Heather will win.  It's funny how they keep throwing in this thing about just mates.

Why wouldn't you want to be great mates with your partner?  Soppy smoochy gooey eyed love is nice for a while but it doesn't last.

I think you're right joono,  and as far as him not knowing if there's 'romance' between Heather and him he's had plenty of time to find out.

(Not supposed to be here, just briefly...)lol

I think Nina was kept around as a bit of drama- some of her glances! particularly to the new girls..a little nasty, as if she be queen bee.

Without her, theres only nice, and I guess thats not great TV? I found her loud and opinionated, and didnt think she would have a chance with bach..even when she left, she was blaming the 'intruders'- what? shes never seen the show before?

I think its Heather, and the 'just friends' bit is a bit of nonsense..Lana seems lovely, but a little too Polly perfect*..I suspect the family will be the fly in the ointment there..and I like the blonde one as well- shes seems to be a very nice person..but I think bach likes brown..

*(Im remembering her comment- youre either looking for someone whos just like you, or someone you want to be like..I thought at the time- bit too textbook/media savvy)

anyhoo, am I still here? what a diversion!lol

azure, feel better soon- the red wine and cough syrup combo is probably(?) good for you...lol

Interesting show tonight.

Sarah looked like a younger  version of her mum, but interestingly  Bach looked just like a young version of her dad.

Lana… hmm,  boring.  I don’t think she’s a contender.

Snez, it was lovely to see her daughter.  Children come first.  I wouldn’t have separated myself from my kids for months just to go on a tv show but she does have a family that supported her and her child.

Heather...  I hope he ends up with the chipmunk.

When you think about it, he hasn't had all that much time to really get to know any of them.

He said to Lana tonight he has only known her 2 weeks. And even Heather it had only been 3 single dates.

All this meet the family/get asked tough questions etc bit is over the top. It isn't as if he is marrying anyone at the end, realistically all he will be doing is starting to date the person.

What I have noticed on the show this season though is the way they are editing the shows, there are really not many surprises. What the bachie says is pretty well it. There aren't any sneaky twists, or haven't been so far.

On Wednesday night we heard him musing that he and Heather were in the friend zone & he wasn't sure if there was anything more. He had said that once before. Sure enough, off she went into the sunset tonight.

He's expressed worries about Snez and the distance. He's attracted but he has some doubts, I think.

He seems quite taken with Lana.

Sarah, she lives close by & he likes her family.

I suspect he already had a pretty good idea of the ultimate winner before he did any home visits though. Must be hell sitting through a home visit where they ask your intentions and you can't say-look don't worry, she'll be off in 2 episodes so it won't be an issue.Smiley Wink

I've always thought Sarah was a bit of a dark horse as she never figured much, was in the background a lot.

I do think by now he must have a good idea who the favourite is, someone where the spark is there.
