I don't even know what pilaf is

Oh Oh - I have a recipe.....
Recipe for Bread - Prep time - 20 seconds - Cooking time - 25 seconds.....
Put 2 slices, in a toaster, be careful when they pop up they might be hot....
Butter them.........
eat 'em, that's it.....So easy

LOL it's baked rice... Or rather rice that is cooked in the oven, you can use any type of rice long grain and jasmin are the best but basmati will also work,
In a baking tray:
Using real butter you can use marg but real butter tastes heaps better, just sweat off some rice with a chopped onion add a little curry powder (if you want you dont have to I just like the yellow colour it makes the rice ๐ ) cover the rice with chicken or veg stock so it's about a centimetre above the rice in the tray, cover with foil and cook @ 180 degrees untill all the stock has absorbed into the rice, take it out of the oven and leave it covered for about 15-20 minutes the steam will finish off the cooking process, thats it.
