Lis, I made choc/ginger truffles yesterday !! YUMM YUMM
They are vewy nice even if I did make them! They've got bashed malteasers in them too. Next time I'll leave them out as the ginger overpowers them and I'll use them when I make ordinary truffles instead.
They are easy to make
crush a pkt of gingernut biccies, add to a can of condensed milk, add 2 tablespoons cocoa and mix. I can't eat coconut so don't add any but you can add a cup if you like.
With damp hands, roll into balls then roll in cadbury drinking choc or cocoa. Viola!! put in fridge. You can roll in coconut if you want or choc sprinkles.
The other recipe is
use a pkt of nice biccies, add a pkt of bashed malteasers.
If you make them make sure you hide them well in the fridge, like behind a cauliflower or sumfin !!
