Lic, careful what you wish for. If your fences are over 15 years old, they are not covered by insurance. A friend lost their back fence last night, and was told that news this morning. Nice huh.

Mouse I would be asking what section of the policy has that clause that only fences under a certain age are covered and then starting a complaints proceedure
