Re: The Official West Australia Thread!

Hope all's going well with the builders Mugssy.

We had frogs every morning in the bathrooms in the club where I work but since the club has re-done the bathrooms, the froggies can't get in... I miss them.
They are still outside though.

OMG. I have just taken a loaf of bread I made out of the oven and it smells soooo good.

Re: The Official West Australia Thread!

Thank you all you awesome people.
Mugs, did I see you post that you are flying to england on 29th? If so that only leaves a two day window for a meet - are you going to feel up to it or should we go ahead and make arrangements without you?

And by the way all you woosies, carpet snakes are quite harmless. :^O
We had a pet one once (well a Childrens python actually, but same difference). His name was Monty Python (what else) and he lived in a safecot in our back yard.

Re: The Official West Australia Thread!

Sorry about that, went to put out the bin. Took ages :^O

I'm wondering if I could tie the mower trailer to the back of the car and drive very, very slowly ? Hmm, will think about it as it really did take ages, just lucky it didn't rain so no swish outfit for anyone to see !

AAh, the dreaded BAS keelia, I feel your pain.

Where are you dixo ? WA ?

tende those green frogs are soo cute, I just don't like it when they hide under the rim of the toilet, give ya a bit of a scare they do :^O

Well I was a very good girl and stayed off the computer and caught up on some of the paperwork

Still have 2 months left to enter up properly, now if I did it everyday it wouldn't be a drama would it?
Now I feel like it sounds like I am making up excuses for not being on the computer so no-one will think I am " "whatever....., the zero ID"

Honestly, why would I bother, just freaks me a little how peeps are so sure they know who other people are, how could they?

Dixo thank you so much for your words of comfort. I am delighted to know my backyard is a running buffet for snakes TA!! LOL

Mugssy they are staying at Sanua (is that how you spell it).

Where are you staying. They are going to 10 days from the 15th on.

I will of course miss them like crazy, but getting busy at work now and the latter part of the day is taken up with dealing with lots of little ones and their siblings, who are all either tired and grizzly or very excited, so it is a bit challenging coming home to the same thing after work.

A break will be good.

So hope you can make the meet Mugssy, would love to meet you.

Yeah I think they are staying there because it is quiet, it's kinda different with a 2 year old to consider.

My friend has bought (!) a villa in Seminyak, and I think M & L considered renting that, but I gather that is really far out?

I've never actually been, (shocking isn't it? It's so close!) but I think if I did I would either want to go for the really peaceful Ubud experience or stay right in the middle of the action.
