Welllll, maybe it was his incredible hulk outfit he had on under his suit jacket, he was walking like he was really pumped.

Just that he is fit  and was told to stand up straight with the shoulders back.

I did notice he is geting a bit of a tum.

It looks like he won't be visiting them

In fact he has just backed the PNG Government to ensure that the UN inquiry into the Manus Island deaths is shut down.
