JustDuff, yes I think the pet shop said you need one here but you just do it all through them. They are really cute and just swim about, eat and sleep all day.

Abandoned pets, apparently red-eared terrapins are breeding in the River Thames. They eat ducks etc! Saw a programme on tv last night about them.

Duff, resist getting a turtle to put in you fish tank. A friend if mine did just that a nd next day no more fishies, just a very satisfied turtle 🙂
