Tania, I love Ashton's cake.  My grandaughter has friends that have fancy bought creations, I  think it's a bit sad that their Mum's cannot make the effort to make them one....they mean so much more.

well my teens had pavlovas or cheese cakes the last few years instead of choclate cake their choice lol was still good....

i have made lots of different cakes over the years

Ashton was at kindy yesterday he enjoyed it "lots" has to take a book in to read tomorrow 🙂
