This place was used to enslave the world, so why not buy the t-shirt and coffee mug and take a selfie while you're there! ?

I guess war is big business. How about those no bid contracts? Can't help but think the US and the world would be far better off without all the war mongering.

If you're referring to the US dipping its combat boots into Iraq, I agree with you 100%.  Iraq had nothing to do with the attacks on 9/11, and as far as supporting terrorism, the US has had a long history of encouraging and supporting overthrows of governments.  When Bush invaded Iraq, I likened it to FDR invading Brazil as retaliation for Pearl Harbor.

As far as war-mongering, you'll have to discuss that with ISIS and Hamas........I greatly fear that one of those will utilize a WMA on a country that doesn't have the patience of the US, and a portion of the Middle East will end up glazed.

Well I venture they couldn't very well invade the CIA headquartes and the white house.

Some, maybe more than just some would say it's not so much the US, at least not the US people. There's talk of a globalist agenda Key factions within the US and other world governments bent on a one world UN style rule.

I'm curious though, who do you support in the 2016 election? I've been watching "the young turks" and seems Bernie Sanders is a promising prospect. Of course, compared to those other choices, anyone would seem a good choice.

Funny thing is from 1942 on more Australian aircraft were lost to friendly fire than the enemy.
Australia also manufactured De Haviland aircraft, mainly the Mosquito.
Three aircraft manufacturing companies in Australia at the time. Government aircraft factory, Commonwealth aircraft factory and the De Haviland.
Plus the Ford and Holden factories were making almost anything for the war effort.

Thing is all you yanks will continue to shove your version of anything down the collective throats of the world and just like a French farmer America will gut us for the tender juicy bits they want.

You could always try watching some of the German documentaries that proliferate now about WWII. A lot of Nazi scientists were getting out before Germany surrendered and they were working on the atom bomb before the war.
They had gas turbine engines before the war. Without Hitler directly ordering the halt of their advanced technology for more conventional means maybe the Germans would have won. Along with his many other strategic blunders it can be argued that Germany actually lost the war rather than anyone won it.

We don't have to shove any thing down the world's collective throat........you eagerly reach for it.
