I realised yesterday, that while I like minced beef I know very few recipes for it:
Spag bol
Stuffed capsicums
Meat loaf
Meatballs
Recipes, suggestions, and ideas are all welcome.

Macaroni Beef.
Meat Sauce
600g lean mince
1 x 420g can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 small onion finely diced
ยพ cup grated carrot
ยพ cup grated Zucchini
ยฝ frozen peas
2 level tablespoons tomato paste
2 level teaspoons beef stock powder
3 cups cooked macaroni noodles
pinch of salt
Topping
1 level tablespoon reduced fat margarine (flora light)
3 level Tablespoons plain flour
1 ยฝ cups skim milk
ยพ cup grated 25% reduced fat cheese
Preheat oven 180C fan forced
Meat Sauceโฆโฆโฆโฆ..Cook mince in large non stick pan that has been coated with cooking spray, drain liquid then return to pot. Add carrots, zucchini, onion, peas and soup. Cook 2mins stirring continuously. Add stock powder, tomato paste and salt, cook a further 5 mins stirring frequently. Fold in cooked macaroni noodles and mix together well. Pour mixture into lasagne dish.
Topping โฆโฆโฆโฆโฆโฆ..Melt margarine in saucepan, add flour, cook 1 min. Slowly add milk using a whisk to avoid lumps, stir continuously. Pour sauce over the meat sprinkled with grated cheese.
Bake 25 โ 30mins or until golden brown.

my mum use to make something similar to the porcupine but called them hedgehogs and they were done with a cream soup

it's a bit icky anyway cos wildlife has all those eeeww parasites...was at a museum once where they said they opened a roo stomach that had a few kilos of maggots inside eeewwwww

Yeah now they charge you $30 for one with some mashed potato and a few green beans... That was actually a menu item at a local pub here, you'd think they were a 5 star restaurant
