My son gave me a book called Venezia - food and dreams. It is mostly for looking at and drooling over than for cooking it myself.
There doesn't seem to be much pasta in there. Plenty of fish and seafood though.

I like all foods pretty much but not eye balls or tripe or brains.
Oh, I don't like Spanish and was about to kudo your post but I see you like paella - I think it's revolting. I do like Mexican tho.
I'm also not a fan of Russian cabbage dishes.

Dafuq?
Even if it was a wind-up thread why would what I wrote be untrue? I find Asian cuisine revolting, all of it: Cantonese, Malaysian, Thai etc...
My avi is appropriate as it is of an Asian person raised in a Western culture who has just tried Asian food for the first time.
Any other questions?

Actually blue my paella is made a bit more Australian style with plenty of seafood in it. I'm not a fan of chicken and chorizo paellas.
