I do like a lot of the Scottish cuisine (we have friends who are Scots and they often invite us for dinner), but not Haggis. They do fabulous baking from their great grandparents' cookbooks

I don't like really healthy cuisines...ones that use lentils, pulses, nuts, grains in most of their dishes with half cooked veges.

I'm with azureline** and don't care for seafood at all. Anything in a shell turns my stomach. To me lobster looks like a big bug and nothing I would want to put in my mouth, chew and swallow. 😞
I do like freshwater salmon, trout, etc.

Least favourite is tricky. There are vast ranges of things I would not contemplate eating but can enjoy something from different cultures.
anything goopy, oversalty, MSGed, slathered in odd coloured sauces I avoid.
prefer foods to be cooked simply to allow the natural flavours to be the focus. With herbs, sauces, as a complement to those flavours, not a disguise.

I don't eat tongue. I just can't take the idea of someting tasting me back while I'm eating it. Other than that, it's all good. Dog, cat, whale, bear, antelope, beef, chicken, fish, rattlesnake..... and I firmly support childhood obesity. When society collapses, all the chubby kids in the neighborhood are gonna start disappearing one by one.
