What's for Dinner

Eats here - Cauli cheese. As a meal in a ramekin. Bit of bacon and sweetcorn thrown in for good measure.

Try it!

Re: What's for Dinner

Pork chops tonight. I tell you what - mushrooms sauteed with some spring onion, butter, garlic and some Kecap manis at the end make a brilliant topper.

Yes...probably should have got a tea towel on the drips and slops.

Oh yummers, that does look very tempting Tinytoes, very nice, well done xx

Tonight I made a small fritatta, nothing too exciting, but with a fresh salad it worked out to be fast.

Maybe Morrocan meatballs tomorrow ...  Smiley Happy

Re: What's for Dinner

My boys are loving the jacket potatoes in the oven!

After years of mash or boiling them in their skins on the stovetop this is where we are at now with the three of us.

No pot, so I'm happy.

Probably not very economic running the oven but they taste the best!

Re: What's for Dinner

That sounds delicious Kopes. Here it's a roast chicken, with assorted vegetables tossed through pasta. Heavily buttered. Then chocolate mousse with double cream (lightly whipped, with a dash of Grand Marnier)

I don't like over-sweet things...70% dark Lindt goes into it 🙂
