Hi Grandmoon i was born in Boxhill hospital Victoria. i've had a few operations and visits to the emergency department at Boxhill hospital since then, my daughter was born there and has been back a few times since and if we keep up this "family tradition" i'll probably die there
funny about the man not believing you about Murrumbeena, my Dad was born in Friesland (they have special cows and horses ) and when my Daughter told a teacher they called her a liar and said they had heard of no such place. hope you told that man to go read a melways!

In her later years of her life my Mother spent time in and out of the Box Hill hospital, and my sister had both her son in Box Hill too.

Not Melbourne, grandmoon, Carlton
My sister has spent a lot of time in the Box Hill Hospital over
the last ten years or so. I wouldn't take my sick dog there, sorry
They have a multi-million dollar up-grade, but I think it just means
they now have pretty stairs
