Spiritual Law of Karma by Deepak Chopra
LAW OF KARMA OR CAUSE AND EFFECT
The third spiritual law of success is the Law of Karma. "Karma" is both action and the consequence of that action; it is cause and
effect simultaneously, because every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind. There is nothing unfamiliar
about the Law of Karma. Everyone has heard the expression, "What you sow is what you reap." Obviously, if we want to create
happiness in our lives, we must learn to sow the seeds of happiness. Therefore, karma implies the action of conscious choice-making.

I would like to hear more about you being a Wicca.... I have never met one before to ask...

Sin, dehydration is the first thing you want to look at when it comes to cramping in the feet.
Tell your husband to drink as much water as possible. Bananas are great for potasium too.
Are the cramps worse during the night? Put a bar of soap under the sheets near his legs.
Stretch before you go to bed. Red wine has tannic acid in it, and that can contribute to cramps too. I've suffered with cramping in my feet and legs for my entire life. Water has been the most beneficial.
Yes, tell us about your religion. I'm curious too.

would ivory soap do,tcm? how does that help?he drinks tons of water....
and,if you're both serious,i'd be happy to talk to you about my religion. but you need to understand that i practice differently than " new age" wiccans.
i use salt circles, totems and verbal rituals, mainly, because they concentrate the talents i was born with,as are most people. i don't use potions, per se,unless it's a tonic that any homeopathic doc would use. or your mom,or gramma, you know?
or the wise women who were burned as satanic witches.and i rarely use latin, lol!
i don't cast spells, like in the movies or in books,i don't call spirits, and when i talk to the dead,it's talking to MY dead,in my mind.and hearing what i know they would say,if that makes sense.
i'm not a goddess worshipper,i worship and revere the natural world that made me who i am.
sometimes i use "mother" or "father",even "sister" or brother" ,in reference to parts of the world we live in,in rituals, but that's also, for me, a concentration thing.i write rituals like i write songs.
sometimes i can heal. sometimes i can manipulate the weather. sometimes i know stuff in advance.sometimes i can also harm. that's something i have put a stop to,many years ago,but i don't deny that i DID bad stuff in my past.
i work every day to overcome the bad karma i brought on myself,by doing those things.
and i don't deny that i fire back verbally, when attacked, but never again will i use anything but my smart mouth to defend myself,or to " get even".
and i'm trying really hard to stop with the get even thing too. hostility DOESN'T have to be returned. and you don't have to react to it either.you CAN just pity the hostile one,and try to remember that YOU are not going to be that person.
it's a valuable lesson to learn. and i'm still learning it,believe me!!
does any of that make sense? 🙂

@sineaterdoodah wrote:stawka, which one is the one for foot cramps, please? hubby gets really bad foot cramps.
Sin, they are all the same thing, just different sizes. I got 100ml bottle,
but you only need a few drops. So after a year., I still have 3/4 of a bottle left.
Get a small one. My foot cramps had me on the floor, crying. This stuff fixed it.
No cramps in a year, so far, touch wood. Good luck.

with characteristic indifference to the fact that when the Dalai Lama ruled Tibet 95 per cent of the population were serfs or slaves with no rights whatsoever, who could be bought and sold, tortured, mutilated and killed by their masters on a whim, the House of Commons invited him to give “evidence” to an impertinently named hearing on the so-called “human rights” issue in China.
