If you think a person can live a 'livestyle' on $250 a week (Newstart/dole) please tell us how.
Well some do don't they? Thats why they are complaining now, cause its not going to so easy to get?
This is what I was referring to:
Any money from the government is a safety net, not a lifestyle. You're really not meant to live on it. - they aren't meant to die on it either!
Where is the evidence people claiming $250 a week on the dole are 'living it up' on Govt benefits?
They aren't, it barely covers essential costs now, let along with the reductions they are going to face from this Budget.
It is just a case of people saying " I am alright, I don't care about anyone else" Let them suffer!

Crystal, there are 9000+ unemployed in the Wollongong region (use that as an example, as I live there).
There are hardly any jobs available, very few advt for a city of that size... do the math.

They would rather die than work?

There are, and if there isn't why aren't they trying to improve themselves?

Facts, not very hard to research!
Your posts would be easier to read if they were posted in a consistent font and a quoted using the standard forum quoting format. The italics combined with the underlining and bolding make your posts messy and very reader unfriendly, in my opinion.
I just scroll past.
