art thread?

Hi folks. I've just bought a box of coloured pencils, and will be working on my first drawing soon. I'll post the completed work here. Would love people to post their art here for us to see. Doesn't matter what type of art - drawing, painting, photos/photo manipulation, cake decorating, quilting, poetry, origami, whatever. Let's have some fun and show our creativity. 🙂

They will look lovely on the tree pepe.  I think people would buy them, too, especially being designed and handmade.

Moonlight, we were talking about drawing yesterday and how the time just flies by.  It's a bit like mental meditation and can really help relax you.......as long as people don't take it seriously and get frustrated etc., just go with the flow and see what happens.

I forgot to mention rosies quilt back there<<<<<<<. another beautiful gift for someone rosie, I'm sure they will treasure it.

Argggggghhhhhhhhhhhh, my eyes are half closed and I feel woozy ... I've been painting the frame with white acrylic paint and I think it went to my brain.  

I think I am half way there ...

I've wanted to draw buildings since I was little, and since I am a big fan of Downtown Abbey, I thought it's about time I drew it(Highclere Castle).

Google perspective and vanishing points.  It will help with drawing such a project, can't wait to see it completed.

I've been very slack today, I can't draw/[aint when it hurts too much, so I'm hoping tomorrow is a better day.  I have so many ideas in my head, it gets abit crowded in there LOL

I did save a green frog from a snake though ! 😄

yup they are all done in photoshop, all my own designs.

I know the cutsie stuff is not to everyone's taste but i enjoy creating them.
