drunk pilot its a worry

maybe planes should be fitted with 'blow in the bag' devices, if a pilot doesnt get a zero result the plane wont start?

I could not believe he walked through Customs dropping stuff and could hardly stand

Customs just ignored it.

The airline tried to cover it up, scary

so many fails

so many lives on the line

the passengers get onto planes and just expect the pilot to be sober, this proves that can be fatal.

Re: drunk pilot its a worry

The pilot was escorted from the plane and has been charged with having care and control of an aircraft while being impaired, as well as having a blood-alcohol level exceeding .08 while in care and control of an aircraft.

Sergeant Stacey said police alleged the suspect had three times the legal amount of alcohol in his system.

That equals .24 or thereabouts.    How did he even make it into the plane in the first place?

Blood alccohol content -   0.21–0.29

Stupor
Loss of understanding
Impaired sensations
Severe motor impairment
Loss of consciousness
Memory
