Twice, I've tried to post a new thread but it doesn't appear.

Police have arrested three boys in relation to a collision in Carrum Downs which left a woman with critical injuries. A 17-year-old Seaford boy, a 16-year-old Carrum Downs boy and a 15-year-old Carrum Downs boy are currently in custody assisting Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives with their enquiries.

Good.   But all minors and will only get a slap on the wrist

for depriving two toddlers of their mother

I'm mad as hell at these idiots.  

Mini bikes are banned in Carrum Downs. 

They should not have even owned them.

Parents should pay IMO

the local parents will know who has those bikes,  they should come forward, it's the right thing  to do

Blue one of my neighbours was telling me that MT launched that policy at my local town hall, should've gone down to have a look.
