An argument about misogyny is not an argument about equality. They are 2 completely different subjects with different meanings.
The issue in regards to female bosses is simple - there is a lot more to prove and there are a lot more misogynist hoops to get through. That is the reason they are tougher and harder to get along with.

What happens in reality. It is often found that women are much more critical of other women on their promiscularity than men and women are actually more sincere when they say it. It can also be said that women complain more on how skimpy another girl is dressed than men.
Antedotally, it's seen that women judge other women harder than they would judge a man about anything even if they're too politically correct to admit it.
None of the above is misogyny.

Hole? In what way?
Female bosses need to be "hard" full stop. I get 10 times the amount of flak a man woud get in my position. That isn't misogyny. That is sexism. I am "harder" on whoever causes me the most grief. Most likely the men I encounter.
Some women are more critical of other women. Some women judge other women harder than they would judge a man. That isn't misogyny. That is envy, shallowness.
I have yet to meet a single woman who has an entrenched hatred of women. But, boy oh boy, I have met a long line of men that have.

Yes, Martini, it's true some men who are used to male dominated work places struggle with acceptance of a female superior. They often act out their little boy insecurities.

What is your view of women getting positions based on "quotas" as opposed to merit based ?
It is a question of interest, not trying to have an argument.
I see it as detrimental to women as those who get a position based on a quota find it hard to earn the respect
of people who might have got to where they are based on merit.

Sadly, and despite that this word has been so much in headlines, so many people do not have understanding of the meaning of "misogyny". Only woman who does not consider herself a woman could be misogynistic.

Quotas do not negate merit.

It does if you get the job or position based on quota and NOT merit.
Do you expect or ever expect in the future to get a job or position because you are a woman only ?
