"Women are more Misogynistic than Men"

Some people find it difficult to take orders.  Full stop. Some people like to cause disruption simply to disrupt.  Nothing personal.  Just disruption.

I again ponder, does one become a misogynist by watching and adopting their father, peers, etc attitudes towards women?

I do think that's possible.

I also think some people, male or female, become  misogynists very easily by themselves.

Misogyny (/mɪˈsɒdʒɪni/) is the hatred or dislike of women or girls. Misogyny can be manifested in numerous ways, including sexual discrimination, denigration of women, violence against women, and sexual objectification of women.

This question : discussion could also apply to 'misandry'.

Quote

We do see a lot of denigration of women by other women, especially on the internet

Why women worry about men and what they do when women attack women as above.

I see no one commented on my equal post on the previous page which I thought would

have garnered some comment.

Smiley LOL

Richo, I honestly don't think you are a misogynist.  And you excel at cryptic cross words.

No, not at all. I was trying to have some reasoned debate. I have worked under women and had women work for me,

including in very male orientated environments - Army - where a few women tried to attain certain standards and I

(and others) encouraged them. But, for whatever reason - some physical, they were not able to. On the other hand,

one particular lady carped all over the men in that area (which was Navigation by day and night).

So trying to have some debate.

"If men cannot accept that women are their equal, and some women who gain high position are their superior = their boss in work situation, that is their problem. "

They are equal, until they aren't !

And vice versa.

Men and women need to accept the fact that being equal in everything is impossible, even if it is a nice dream to have for some.

The other aspect you are kissing from that "superior = their boss in work situation" is respect, for BOTH males and females.

Not sure about the "promiscularity".

Goes hand in hand with "Antedotally!"

Until there is an understanding of the word 'equal' there is no coherent discussion.

We are & we are not equal.

We all deserve equal opportunity & equal respect.

I understand at 5'11" weighing 59 kilos I am not going to be as forceful as a 6' - 90 kilo (weakling) bloke.

But if I have the 'whatever it takes' to achieve - in my own way - equality in business - etc - good for me - man or woman.

I worked for a Canadian bloke in the 70's - mini skirts etc.

My job as computer operator then meant ladders & storage.

This guy would not 'allow' pants for the girls/women - wore a pants suit (oh loved them) one day.

He was shocked - asked me why - I asked why not - punch line - up front he told me he liked looking at the legs.

The rest within a week were wearing 'pants'.

Thought he would have learnt - no slow learner.

Walking past his superior office one day - he - sitting there with a client - whistled me as I passed.

I walked slowly back - cocked my leg on the doorframe (nicely) & said WOOF WOOF then continued on my way.

He immediately apologised - we got on very well.
