Not only Melbourne. South Gippsland was bathed in sunshine until now and we did not even need the heater on. I have been busy cutting my three rose bushes. Usually I wait until the end of August because we still get severe frosts this month, but I think that by the time the new shoots appear they will be safe from frost this year.
As much as I like sunshine, the brightness blinds me and I can't walk outside without wearing sunglasses, but I love feeling the warmth.
