With the arrival of the warm weather, I'm supposing you're feeling the urge to get out and do some gardening.

But you want to ease into it, you don't want to go doing anything too strenuous, not at first.

Ideally, set yourself a small, but achievable goal -

And finally put those awful, ugly 'crocs' to good use.
