This is a thread with no particular
Topic so no one can be off topic 🙂
So if anyone out there has something
To say about anything you like now
Is your chance
Keep it clean
And be nice
See how long that lasts
Can we keep politics and religion out
Of the conversation

They were born boneless - you silly thing.
When I 'make ' banana cake I only ever use these.
And they are cheaper.

Mum and Dad cockatoo brought their little fella down so he could have some "solid food" time, and a little socialising.
He thought the food was a good idea, but the socialising is going to take some getting used to, ha ha.
Somebody nudged him out of the way and his response to that was along the lines of the worst thing a baby cockatoo could think to say - "You're not my friend!", ha ha.
I, apparently, was his friend, for about ten minutes, while I was being interesting, ha ha.
I filled the watering can from the tap, turned around there he is staring, intently at me - I'm watching you... In fact, I'm observing you...
I moved... he moved...
I walked along beside the table, he followed me.
I filled the bird bath, and he watched as though it was the most fascinating experience of his life, ha ha.
I became pretty uninteresting after that, so he went back to rasping and gurgling at his parents.
This is the bird that, probably a couple of weeks back, was in the back yard and it was getting on for dusk.
He thought that it was getting late, and he was a little stressed by that, and to compound it nobody had brought him anything to eat.
The rasping turned into a rattling with a slowly rising pitch, and suddenly simply grumbling didn't seem to be enough...
So he threw the most spectacular little bird tantrum I've ever seen.
Shrieking and yelling and flapping his wings and Really letting rip.
He gave a solid 110% to this meltdown.
I could've counted to three, and a bird appeared.
It must've said something, because the two of them disappeared off over the rooftop.
I know they didn't go far because I could hear him cursing like a sailor all the way over to the next tree, ha ha.
Again, count to three, and there was the characteristic whistling sound of a little baby bird getting fed.
