There's a "new" old man bird who's been here about a week...
He's very friendly, all the more if there's a chance of food being on offer, ha ha.
He likes to sit on a perch, lean forward, and stare intently, or intensely, or both, ha ha, at my hands...
I show him my hands, palm side out...
He stares at them...
Then I turn my hands over, so he can stare at the back of them...
Once he's convinced that I'm not hiding anything, he relaxes and sits up again...
But he had to check... Just in case... ha ha.
