Woohoo, just had a look and dad was feeding the chicks and then mum turned up too.
Looked like mum had a female Wren unfortunately but that's how the cookie crumbles

I've never seen dad feed them, only seen him drop off food for mum to feed them.

The one that didn't feed looked like it had a full craw anyway.

Mart, I'm curious to know what exercises were advised for you? (Right shoulder problem, yeah?)

For me it's side bending left - rotation right, and fundamentally adopt the extension principle.

I have two issues.
Adhesive capulitis of the right shoulder and idiopathic brachial neuritis of the right arm.
New exercise is to walk my fingers up the wall as far as I can.
When I had the Hydrodilitation I was instructed to rotate the shoulder joint and to lean forward and move my arm in a circle.
The physio told me to sit on a chair and place my palm on the table and to bend forward and slide it forward on the table
