Are you some kind of neanderthal?  Didn't you learn to eat with a knife and fork?

The fork being held with the left hand,  I can't see it's a problem now.

Or at least it shouldn't be.

And if you can't reach you right ear hole with your left pinkie, you're built wrong.

I eat ( hold my fork/spoon) with my right hand
Doesn't feel right trying to stick my left pinky in my right ear because I can't twist it as is required
