This is a thread with no particular
Topic so no one can be off topic 🙂
So if anyone out there has something
To say about anything you like now
Is your chance
Keep it clean
And be nice
See how long that lasts
Can we keep politics and religion out
Of the conversation

Tas, he does what he loves with those that he loves.
I don't think that there is a better way to be.

I'd never argue with that ecar ... Mr. Tas is a wonderful gentleman. He insisted on carrying a heap of fabric in bags around for us, helped with some selections of threads and even sat down with one of the big machines when invited to have a go.
It was a most splendid day.

Tas, you know I can't pass up the opportunity...
"He's a keeper!", ha ha.
I think it's great that he takes an interest in something that you're passionate about.
Maybe it's just my way of thinking, but that's what husbands do.
At least I hope that's what husbands do, because I can't think of any other reason why Dad drove round and round New South Wales with Mum for all those years while she researched the family history, ha ha.
He sat down with one of the big machines? Is it Mac compatible...? ha ha.
It's good to hear that you two had a great time.

There are four cockatoos on the arch in front of me...
Counting from left to right...
First cockatoo - Interested in the food...
Second cockatoo - more interested in grabbing the rim of the container, and trying to wrench it out of my hand...
Third and fourth cockatoos - they're more interested in squabbling with each other, rather than paying attention to anything else...
I give the first cockatoo some food, then go to give the second cockatoo some food, and it grabs the container and wrenches it aside.
I look back at the first cockatoo and say "Don't bite me, okay? I'm busy with these birds...".
Proceed to round two with the second cockatoo - "Would you like some food from the container, rather than the container, itself?"...
I feel a tap, tap... tap, tap... on my arm, and look back...
It's the first cockatoo, standing there saying "I'm being very good... I didn't bite...", ha ha.
Some days they are just brilliant, ha ha.

Spot the blackbird likes to dig holes in the garden.
He's a bit of a grub connoisseur - none of the ordinary "near the surface" grubs for him... ha ha.
He's slowly turning the garden in a replica moonscape - pitted and cratered.
I was going to jokingly say to him to be careful or he'll dig his way to China.
I looked down at one of his earlier excavations and found a small triangle shaped piece of what I imagine was once a plate - that blue and white willow pattern.
What do you know? He really did dig his way to china... ha ha.
