Atheists need to talk about God all of the time because in the absence of God, science provides the answers. So in accordance with Newtons 3rd Law of Motion, they know that for every action there needs to be an equal and opposite reaction.

So working on that, it stands to reason, that the reality is that God does exist, otherwise they wouldn't. So they just need to reassure themselves of their existence. Whereas a person who is not in denial, has an inherent self confidence of their existence and has no need to continually denounce another person's belief.

Either that, or it's really cold where they live and they just keep talking to keep themselves warm.

"Guess" is the operative word here. There is no absolute proof yet as to exactly what caused the big bang (though it certainly wasn't a 'who) and in fact scientists are not even 100% sure that there even was a big bang. The difference is they admit they don't know and keep searching for answers. They don't don't invent a supernatural being to explain it.
