need help pls

I brought a headset from a buyer and I silly enough waited over the 45 due date to dispute it this comperny clams they sent my head phones but its been over 4 months so I have no clue what to do now I lost my money with an iteam I never got ๐Ÿ˜ž they haven't even help in any way to resolve this and have stop talking to me dose this mean I got rip off ?

Sounds like you did, you may want to try with Paypal but you'll need all the info ie item number and sellers details etc ..

I just reported them as being fraudulent product I feel they have stuffted with me long enough so disponting

The only chance you have now is to try your bank for a chargeback if you used a credit card to fund the payment.

Hi , a bit late now but I suggest in future specify registered or express post, as these postal services are or effectively tracked so confirmation of item sent

(In fact I think that all auction items should be at least registered post, to avoid such disputes and increase peace of mind for both Sellers and Buyers )

Its ok I under stand I read what happened to others so I will be more careful now I closed my account in fear that they will try and hack my account for more money it don't matter any more I got something better out of my own money over the counter buf thanx guys for tryn to help

Yeah...I feel for you. Ebay don't wanna know about it and close feedback off so you can't put dribble on the seller later. I bought from <Removed> in February, product was not as described & I returned it but they say they haven't got it...great way to steal from anyone!

That is precisely the reason that Paypal recommend you return an item to the seller with registration and SOD.
