Dish number one is cooking quite nicely in the oven *fingers crossed* and toes too!!! Oh the pressure and the stress of it all and my hubby wonders why I get all stroppy with him when I cook all day and he eats his dinner without a word of praise lol

Zuchini slice came out heaps too oily so sitting it on kitchen towel to soak up as much as I can then into the fridge before I do a taste test on the thing 😞

Now if I can make my rissotto edible I will be a very happy camper tonight(will be attempting this feat in a few hours time plenty of positive thinking and deep breaths to prepare for the challenge that is RISSOTTO dun dun dun)

Hello and good to see you all again. I'm a bit slow as I am reminding myself how this works. lol

I didn't get back as quickly as I thought I would. Today I slept the day away. Guess it was a relaxing Birthday. I slept to 3:00 pm.

Thanks for the welcome back and the Birthday wishes. I appreciate it.  It was a pretty good Birthday.

I just thought I'd pop in again before turning in..I slept the day away but I'm still tired. My daughter and her kids are coming over tomorrow so I better be rested for that.
