Ohh and look out nasty customers ol le-anne has gone cold turkey off the caffiene!!!! NO more morning coffees (well I cheat I have a cup of tea with two sugars lol) and now more bringing my can of coke to work. I"ve made myself up some lovely(keep telling myself it's soooooooo nom nom nom better than yummy opps I mean yucky sugar/bad things and addictive things in a can) fruit juice based cordial very weak to take instea. At least it's in my super awesome Sally from nightmare before christmas metal water bottle. So I can look cool while I'm suffering!!! Going to try that for a couple of shifts let the caffiene addiction scream and yell it's way out of my system then switch to water gorgeous refreshing water hahahaha
It's my first step to getting this old girl into semi tip top shape and if I can drop a few alot of kilos too I will do a happy dance!!!!
Let's see if I last the day and shock horror I'm looking at buying a tib of fresh fruit salad for lunch too. I know I know too much too soon take it slowly le-anne pmsl 😄
Actually I thought about it and not feeling the love for a tib of fruit salad so I will go for a tub of fruit salad instead what you ladies reckon good choice lol

The caffeine withdrawals may create headaches for a while though. Be careful about those fruit cordials...they contain lots of sugar!!!! Perhaps try a yoghurt with fruit salad for lunch....and beware of the sugar content of the yoghurt also!!!!
When you are ready, just let me know about your interest in the graphics group. It is run by emails, so you cannot "check it out" before you join. The best things about it is that you go at your own pace, and you are assigned a "big sister" to guide and help you along the way.
Rosie: Thanks for sharing the lovely pic of your hubby's thumb. It looks like it's healing well....so I hope it continues to do so and that hubby will not "overwork" that thumb and allow it to heal properly.
Peela: I'm glad that your long weekend went well. Oh for those high temperatures next weekend. At least in Melbourne it will probably be quite mild for the wedding next weekend....hopefully no rain on the day for great photos.!! 🙂

Took me several attempts at booting up for my pc to finally do the right thing.I don't think my luck will last much longer but just riding it till the end like a surfer does a knarley wave lol
I was kinda good today all intentions where to be healthy as but I replased at lunch bought some chicken treat chippies but they were yucko(old oil and cold blerk) so that has put me back onto the fresh is best idea 🙂
Can't wait to watch please marry my son tonight looks like cracker with the old ethnic mother(just like my nonna was too my mum lol)

zooty ... we cant change the name of the thread ... only the piccie on the header .... but when we had the old thread it used to be the same all the time ... that is until ebay decided to delete us every month ....thats why the date is on the top ... to keep track of where we were up to ... 😉 ..... doesnt matter anymore .... as they changed their minds again .... **rolls eyes** whats new !!

one day to go .... today we had the constable care puppet show in the centre .... the older kids liked it ... not so the littler ones LOL .... but it wasnt too bad I suppose ...
for our US friends .... its a kids program where they take puppets out to schools etc and put on a puppet show about being helpful and caring to one another ... and eating the right foods ..... and constable care is a puppet policeman who is friends with the kids (puppets) and talks to the children in the audience about things .... started many years ago in western australia ... not sure if the other states have him as well ....

My kids love the CC show it's fantastic to see the police in a positive light not just if you be naughty the police will get you.Not that I do that to my kids welll only if they unbuckle themselves in my car lol
